Hello, I'm Adrian Hofer.

Welcome to my personal website. I'm a Software Engineer based in Vienna, passionate about API Development.

I'm a Software Engineer with a passion for API development and a deep specialisation in NLP, relation extraction, and fine-tuning large language models like BERT and GPT. My work sits at the crossroads of applied machine learning and robust backend engineering — designing APIs that bring intelligent systems to life. Beyond that, I build full-stack applications using FastAPI and Angular, backed by SQL and NoSQL databases and deployed on Azure and Linux machines. A Linux enthusiast at heart, I'm most at home in a terminal. I'm also involved at the University of Vienna, where I correct assignments, support students on projects, and occasionally lecture.
